We Are Monumental

Matthew Vogel and Adam Richardson are the owners and makers of Monumental Ice Cream.

Previously working as environmental scientists, they decided to take a more experimental step in their new career. Matt had the idea to make ice cream and Adam knew the best people to learn from. From here Monumental Ice Creamery grew into the locally made product it is today.

Adam and Matthew have an inventive approach to flavour making, and are always open to suggestions to keep exploring new flavours as the list continually grows.

Matthew likes all things Chocolate, as well as Passionfruit, Ginger Beer, or any Berry Sorbet.

Adam prefers the Traditional Italian and Nut flavoured ice creams, as well as the Summer Stone Fruit Sorbets.
