From new and old style Carpigiani machines,
we produce premium smooth and chunky styles of fresh icy treats.

Milk is just one of Monumental’s core ingredients, and for that we thank
our new best friends, the dairy cows from the Upper Murray.

 Truth is all of our local suppliers of berries, seasonal fruits, nuts, honeycomb, coffee and chocolate have become firm friends.

We also make flavour options that are dairy and gluten-free,
sorbet shakes and other drinks.  

Our mission is to keep inventing more flavours. During the winter months, Matthew and Adam plan to create an annual flavour lab. So look out for future opportunities to get involved in creating your own ice cream flavours.
